Returns & Refunds

 

There are a few important things to please keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items by post within 60 working days of receipt of your goods.
  • Return within 60 days for a refund. Buyer pays return shipping if the return is due to reasons caused by them.
  • If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the shipping cost.
  • If you choose expedited shipping or voluntarily select a more expensive delivery method, we will not support a refund for the additional shipping cost.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received and include all original packaging. Also, if the products have been opened but remains in a condition suitable for resale, it can still be returned.
  • Carefully pack any items to avoid damage during transport. We do not accept responsibility for any products returned that are lost or damaged in transit. If the product is damaged during shipping, we may charge a fee ranging from 30% to 70% based on the extent of the damage.
  • Please ask us questions before making a purchase. If item is defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. We will replace the item once we receive defective product.
  • If you are not satisfied with the products you receive for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue!
  • If  you wants to cancel your own order, you have to inform us about it before the order has been shipped. Orders can usually be cancelled within 2 days of placing the order. And we will inform you about cancelling the order via email. The customer can cancel the order if the time of cancelling the order is earlier than the delivery time or within the time specified by the website.
  • Before processing the refund, we will send you the relevant documentation or deduction criteria. If you need to review them at a later time, please contact us for assistance. Once we receive a refund request, it will be processed within one business day. After we process the refund, it's your paying bank's turn to join and process the transaction. The refund may take up to 5 business days to appear on your statement (PayPal), depending on the processing time of your bank.
  • If the order has already shipped, you will receive a notification that the order is already on its way and that refund is available after you will return the package to us. When the return reaches us, you will issue a refund for the order.
  • Orders can usually be handled within 2 days of placing the order.
